All products will be shipped within 3 working day.
We will ship via courier ( Sendle locally or DHL internationally unless we are shipping to a PO Box then we will use Australia Post)
Free shipping on purchases locally and Internationally over $100
$1.00 - $20.00 = Shipping $9
$21- $101.00 = Shipping $15.00
$101-$199 = Shipping $29.00
$200-$1000 = Shipping $49.95
How to return your productPlease email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of the purchase date for returns and someone from our Customer Service team will contact you.
If your product is authorised for return and further evaluation by us, we will email you our return address
We value our customers at Makeup Weapons so, if your product is unsatisfactory, you can return most products within 10 days of your purchase, provided that:
- You have valid proof of purchase (usually a receipt);
- The product and packaging is in its original condition including all manuals and accessories;
- The product is in re-saleable condition; and
- The product has not been used or damaged.
- The product was not bought on sale.
Important information for online purchase returns
The customer is responsible for covering return postage fees. Makeup Weapons is not responsible if items are lost in the post, we advise the customer to select postage with insurance and tracking for their own peace of mind.
If the Online Form is incorrectly completed or the requirements in this policy are not strictly complied with (for example, a product is returned because you believe and have indicated that it is faulty and we later determine it is not faulty, or a product returned for change of mind is not resalable when we receive it) we will be unable to return the product to you, or provide you with a refund or exchange relating to the returned product.
Credit CardsIf you purchased your products using a credit or debit card, and you are eligible for a refund, any applicable monies will be processed to the card used to purchase the product.
