Our Pro Partners are passionate beauty ambassadors, sales connectors, and relationship builders. You’ll represent Makeup Weapons—Australia’s award-winning brand of vegan makeup brushes, eco beauty tools, and clean beauty accessories—while continuing your own career in the beauty industry.
This is a commission-based position, ideal for makeup artists, beauty therapists, retail pros, and salon professionals who want to grow their influence, earn extra income, and be part of a global cruelty-free beauty movement.
🌍 Your Mission as a Pro Partner
You’ll work with our team to:

Develop new wholesale client relationships in salons, spas, and retail

Identify and grow sales opportunities for our cruelty-free beauty range

Manage first-time wholesale clients and deliver exceptional service

Organize and attend in-store events, pop-ups, and demo days

Network with industry professionals, beauty groups, and potential stockists

Promote ethical beauty, sustainable tools, and Makeup Weapons' values

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

3+ years in the beauty industry (MUA, beauty therapist, retail, etc.)

Strong sales skills and ability to build long-term client relationships

Confident communicator—comfortable with calls, emails, and client visits

Passionate about cruelty-free, vegan makeup, and ethical beauty
-
Ability to plan and run small events or promotions

Existing network in beauty salons, spas, or retail beauty outlets

Bonus: Existing beauty career, car/license, and a love of makeup!
